The Social Confidence Method™️
I teach 3 pillars to achieve Social Confidence, which is my method to help you find peace, freedom, and relief in life with your dog [when at home or when out-and-about, and when around other people or other animals]. My behavioral training programs include techniques that are categorized within the following 3 pillars:
Relaxation Skills:
We'll develop calm behavior by teaching your dog how to relax and lower their energy, so that your dog isn't so *full of energy*.
Training techniques within pillar 1 are important when any of the following apply:

Your dog's energy becomes undesirably high (at least 1x per day) in response to noises, trucks, activities in the home, guest arrival, neighborhood activity, pedestrians, etc.

Your dog can be excitable, impulsive, hyper, or restless at times, and you'd like your dog to *chill out* or *go lie down.*

You rely on exercise, long walks, or play (at least 3x per week) to drain your dog's energy in an attempt to help them behave better during the day.

Optimistic Mindset:
We'll help your dog become emotionally and mentally happy and at-ease in stressful moments, so that you aren't overwhelmed by excessive barking, growling, or lunging.
Training techniques within pillar 2 are important when any of the following apply:

Your dog is uncomfortable around neighbors, groomers, veterinarians, animals, family, friends, or strangers.

Your dog barks or growls at other people and/or other animals when looking out the windows of a house or vehicle (and/or) when walking on a leash.

Your dog barks or growls (perhaps with raised hackles) at pedestrians, dogs, men, or children during at least 25% of their encounters.
Social Etiquette:
We'll teach polite and respectful social skills so that your dog can greet and interact with other people and other animals in your life.
Training techniques within pillar 3 are important when any of the following apply:

Your dog jumps on, or is pushy in the personal space of kids, guests, or other animals, during 25% or more of their interactions.

Your dog doesn't play well with, or peacefully co-exist with, other dogs.

You can't confidently introduce your dog to unfamiliar people (ie: guests, family, friends, neighbors) or unfamiliar animals (ie: the pets of your guests, family, friends, neighbors).

You don't trust your dog (100% of the time) to be kind and polite around delivery men/women, bikers, skateboarders, motorcycles, cats, livestock, other animals, etc.
